User Access to Specific Data

I want to limit Qlik to only show data specific to the User logging into Qlik.  Do I limit the data they can see in the Load Script and can I limit the data they can see based on a file with a list of users?  If not how do I limit it by the User?  Can I also have the data refresh every time the User logs in?
