I'm working on a Qlik Sense project that relies on user defined flags and keywords. We would like to have this managed through some kind of user interaction with the dashboard where they can enter and update these flags and keywords. We would then want the updates to be saved someplace so they can be reused or modified by the next user to access the same data set. Is there any functionality, aside from having the users modify an excel sheet, that can control a list of keywords and/or a boolean flag at the row level?

Qlik Sense doesn’t natively support capturing and persisting user-entered data back to a database or file.
If your requirement is to allow users to input or edit data inside the app and store those changes externally, you may want to look at SenseOps Writeback. It enables controlled data entry within Qlik Sense and supports writing those changes back to supported databases and file destinations, along with audit and governance capabilities. This approach allows you to turn a Qlik app into an interactive input-driven solution rather than just a read-only dashboard.
