What's the best approach for us to connect Qlik Sense in SaaS website?

We are the software comany to provide SaaS website system to clinic.

Our's Database won't connect directly to users, but now our users want to use Qlik Sense to construct BI model.

So we have some question:

1. What's the best approach that we can provide data to our clinic user?
2. For example we have to transfer some data model like json or csv etc...., so what's issue can we reach for these in Qlik Sense? API?

There are several approaches to address your requirement.  I think it would be worthwhile to work with a Qlik Architect to develop the best approach for your specific circumstances. I recommend you reach out to your local Qlik Sales office and describe your requirements so they can find a resource for you.
