accessing Qlik sense in Microsoft Edge log out automatic

Hi Team,

One of my client using Microsoft Edge in his Laptop after login qlik sense within few min session get log out but  in google Chrome it is working fine 

please share me solution how to resolve Microsoft edge issue

Hi @omkars1234,

Suggest you start by reviewing the Qlik Sense Enterprise Server Sessions log for this particular user to get more informaiton. You may need to increase the logging level and can do so by following article User Session Log in Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows and then reproduce the issue. If you are using the Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows Sessions Monitor app, you can review the log information there.
