.dimm and .fact table files

I received .dimm and .fact table files and will need to automate a process of sending them over to my data team so that they can read them using Qlik Cloud. I don't see any information on how to import these files, only information as to what they are.

How do I connect these files to QLIK cloud? Should I store them in AWS S3 and qlik can somehow read them using a connector? Do I somehow try to import them to redshift? Does AWS DMS know how to transform the to Redshift (or other) databases? Something else?
