error message/ crash

i have this error message. do u guys know the root cause? normally it run as default.

@asrif1983 Try to kill the processor in your task manager of QVE.exe and try to restart services again and see?

yes i could do that. but just wandering what causing the error. its a default run everyday but suddenly failed.
