new connection to oracle not working

Hi,

is it possible to use a Oracle AWS RDS instance as a data connection source for Qlik Cloud?

we would like to use a oracle aws RDS as data connection but we are experiencing problems:

we have enabled on the security group of  our AWS RDS instance every TCP traffic for  the 3 IP address of our dtrtwgt8yp7yyxa.eu.qlikcloud.com qlik sense instance 

when we try to add a new data connection we receive always an error.
