Good afternoon, since yesterday in the afternoon hours has stopped working my qlik sense, the problem is presented by several users, I want to ask if you know of any problems at the time in the tool.

The connector does not respond. Contact your system administrator

It does not allow to create new connections, it does not allow to select suppliers

It does not allow loading data into dashboards that are already in operation

Hi, I'm actually using Qlik Sense Desktop, the database I'm using is SQL, it's a local workstation.
The application worked correctly until yesterday afternoon, I was using these two connections options for my control boards:
OLEDB CONNECT TO Provider SQL
Oracle Provider for OLE DB
The two connections worked fine until yesterday afternoon, today has not worked all day, we have restarted the tool, we currently have the November 2018 version, today download the new update, patch 2 but still not working.
What can we do?
