operation monitor not loading all the data after upgrading to August 2021 SR4 Version of Qlik sense Enterprise version on windows

Hello @Prasasiv, do you get any errors when reloading the Operation Monitor, or does the reload end successfully? Have you tried to delete and re-import the App? Are you using any proxy? Is the REST Connector working correctly?
