phpMyAdmin to Qlik Sense

I am trying to connection to phpMyAdmin so I can pull data into Qlik Sense.  Is there anyone out there with step by step instructions on how to make this work?

phpMyAdmin does not appear in the list of supported ODBCs in the Qlik documentation. Maybe there's way of setting up a link fromphpMyAdmin to MySQL and then to Qlik Sense. But again, I think that MySQL Community edition is not supported, and you would need to license MySQL Enterprise.
