Query against MySQL listed as "Starting" for 8 minutes...

Hey There!

This query is executing from a server off our network, and is sitting in "Starting" for an exceptional amount of time.

Currently 14 minutes waiting on it to start. There are no error messages, or warnings.  This is a job that has completed in the past.

Any suggestions on troubleshooting?
