My talend user name is xxxxxx.xxxx@xxx.xxxx.xxx. I was invited to register for support and did so but am not showing up on the account. I know this because a co-worker checked and when trying to create a new case, I don't get anything to choose in the drop down for license.

I have just checked your account and it looks fine. I have deleted your email address in your post as you probably do not want to have that on a public forum. You access Support from the homepage of Community. At the top of the page (in the header section next to the search bar) you will see a button for Support. Within there you can see that you are linked to your account.
