QMC tasks are successfully running, but the actual qvw application is not reloading

Hi All,

I have issue in QMC tasks reload,

In the publisher i have created a tasks in Production QMC and tasks are successfully running, but only an issues with the QVW application reloads.

I have verified the Updated TimeStamp and data of the application, but there is no updates on the QVW application.

Note: There is no issues in the server logs and also the script of the application.

It would be great if someone can help on this issue.

Hi Koushik,

Thanks for the help.

We have resolved the issue with the below resolution.

Resolution :  We have recently upgraded server with new service release, so the services are stopped for sometime.

We have restarted the services, now it is working fine.

Hi,

When you say that QVW is not reloading, what do you mean.

Did you check the updated timestamp of QVW file?

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, I have verified the updated timestamp  of the QVW file and data, both are not updated in the QVW file.
