Would like to know the known issue while upgrading QV11.2 SR12 to QV 12.

Would like to know the known issue while upgrading QV11.2 SR12 to QV 12.

will it be normal upgrade like where we take backup of

Program Data\QlikTech  and

Program Files\Qlikview

or do we need to take any other things also?
