I am having issues to synchronice the on-premise users with Qlik Cloud Services.
I have one professional license allocated to an on-premise user (QSEoW) and i want to be able to use that same user with that license to access Qlik Cloud Services.
I can see the on-premise user in the form of (DOMAIN\user) in Qlik cloud services but to access Qlik Cloud services you need an email. I created a user with its email in the on-premise environment but still can't access the cloud service.
I've been trying to solve this problem for months but cant seem to find an answer from anyone..

What IdP you are using? the Realm in QCS can represent the domain and the subject can represent the sAMAccountName -- but need to be available in the IdP. If you are using ADFS or Azure AD with AD Connect, this is the recommended solution. Please refer to the video file.
