We have deployed QS in an Amazon EC2 instance. The instance is connected to a load balancer, which provides a public IP (www.example.com) and acts as entry point for end users.
Users can access the Qlik Sense Hub from the load balancer's public IP but, when they try to open the QMC, receive a 403: Forbidden error. Access to the QMC through the server's private IP does work OK.
Any suggestion?
Have you tried with other browsers, eg: IE, firefox?

Have you checked the security settings on AWS?
Hi @jerifortune. What do you mean exactly? I believe that, since users can correctly acces the Hub, it's not an issue with AWS settings.
Didn't get that part. You are right if they have access to the hub.
