I am starting in this application Qlik Sense Desktop, but I have a problem, each time that I want to start the aplication , open a window with that message:
so I would like to know how can I fix that problem. I tried starting as administrator but I couldn't, so can you help me?

Excellent! Glad those links helped.
What I meant by the localhost is if you open Qlik Sense Desktop and go to a Web browser and put in (http://localhost:4848/hub/) it will show Sense in the browser client.

mmm Well if I try to put http://localhost:4848/hub/ on Chrome it doesn't load anything =S
And I am not sure, but sometimes the application works fine, but in other times doesn't work (Could not Reach http://IP/ with error (-101) or (-102)
