Create or Install AMC (Application Management Console)

I am trying to create AMC for team. Please help the steps to follow and AMC and access using url.

No Application management console.

The Application Management Console is for Qlik Sense and you created this thread in the QlikView > Administration forum, so excuse my confusion.  Refer to the article/video I provided above for steps on how to deploy it.
