Domain trust users missing Full Name from user information

Hi everyone,

Our customer has a two domain environment with two way authoritative domain trust in between and customer has noticed users from another domain (the one outside Qlik Sense environment) are missing Full Name attribute from user information. Qlik Sense is showing domain user name only.

Qlik LDAP Query user has full read access in secondary domain and should be able to see full name attribute of users. What am I missing? What could cause this differencing behaviour?

Hi @tsalmj,

Can you please try to test it with an LDAP admin tool to see if you get the same result outside of Qlik? You can find steps to do this here:
