Engine error for one app from time to time Result: 10 error

Hi all,

from time to time we got task status:failed with no log available, and with  message from QMC without any concrete info:

Message from ReloadProvider: Reload failed in Engine. Check engine or script logs.

In logs you can see Command=Reload app;Result=10;ResultText=Error: Internal error  

Do you know what result 10 stands for since there is no additional info besides that?

I would suspect that there is nothing wrong with the syntax of your script if you only get this from time to time and not every time 

The log also indicates that the error occur while reloading. 

And since you don't see any explicit errors in the script log I would assume the error is relaterade to system resources. Does the script log reveal where in the script you get an error? Where in your script does the log stop?

Is this a heavy app to run? Or is it run at the same time as you have a heavy load from other apps?

You could also check available disk and if you have other applications running at the same time that are using the same files as this app.
