Error Accessing QMC - cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'userid')

When opening the QMC we are experiencing the error "cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'userid')".

Sometimes it can be cleared by clicking Refresh but sometimes it persists.

Hi @WillBooker 

By any chance have you tried to restart the service dispatcher?

Could you clear your browser cache as well and see if that helps?

this happened to one of my client when we updated from feb2021 to feb2022 patch 7.

they have 3 environments

Productive: central + 2 nodes +fileserver with qlik DB 

Quality: central + 1 node + fileserver with qlik DB

Sandbox: one full node

only the sandbox does not present the fault but very few users use it

also many of the APIs used for monitoring apps and other external task like /user/full were returnig timeout errors

only when we reduced the number all errors desapears.

We have confirmed the issue has been introduced as of February 2022 Patch5 and above on such February 2022 track.

Am I correct that the message is harmless and a refresh usually fixes the problem and it only occurs in the qmc?
