Getting a blank page while login to QMC

hello every one,

to day i changed the authentication mode of my QMC from windows authentication mode to forms by seeing at https://community.qlik.com/thread/160788

but after doing so, i was logged out from my QMC and when tried to login to QMC it showing the white blank image, i am attaching the screenshot of it.

please help to rectify it.

It should be Form and not Forms(if you have used Forms)

Here the problem is I am able to view QMC & HUB both.

But for one user I have assigned User access token, he is not able to view QMC.

is User able to login?

if yes, all the options of QMC are greyed out?

check the authorisation of the user.

yes user is able to login in Hub as well in QMC

But QMC is blank

When you see a screen like that it means that the user who logged in does not have access to these functions in the QMC based on the security rules and their role.

So confirm what their role is.  If it is correct then you have something in your rules that is preventing them from access.

Assign a Security Role to user and these options will appear.
