Incomprehensible license problem since this morning

We have purchased QLIK Sense and QLIK NPrinting licenses valid until 31/03/2025, however, since this morning, we have lost all our accesses. Why did we lose our access?

This request is urgent because the project team can no longer work

Would you please attach a screenshot of what is the error that you see?
Have you applied the license to the Environment already?

Could it be you are using a SLK and there is not connectivity to internet?
