Installing RIM node into the Server

Hi, I have 2 server. In one server I installed the Central node. In another server trying to install the RIM node. While installing I'm facing the issue in Postgres connectivity like "Database could not be reached". Kindly suggest. 

Note: I can able to telnet to that particular server via DB port.

but my RIM node QMC is not opening. central node is able to access. Can you suggest?
