Is it possible to upgrade Qlik Sense and later Postgres?

Hi Community!

Previously, I asked about how to upgrade a remote Postgres repository from our 9.6 to a more recent 12.x, and @Chip_Matejowsky hit the nail on the head with this link.

But, We was wondering if it is possible to upgrade Qlik Sense (from Sept'19 to Feb'22 or May'22, if it will be released soon) without upgrade the Repository and, in a later work, upgrade Postgres from 9.6 to 12.x.

The point is to know if there are any known or suspected issue if we upgrade Postgres 9.6 to 12.x on an active (but obviously stopped) Qlik Sense Feb'22 (or May'22) installation.

Postgresql 9.6 is supported for at least February 2022. So there is no issue to upgrade it later on.

A new tool will be released soon, which will install the Postgres database standalone with the needed settings to use with Qlik Sense.  It also upgrades existing bundled database installed by Qlik Sense using PostgreSQL v 9.6 to v 12.5.
