Symptom:
Once Qlik Sense Desktop 3.0 has been downloaded, it cannot be opened, or users open it and only get a blank screen. Customers experienced this issue on June 28, 29, and 30 of 2016.
Resolution:
Our product team was made aware of the issue, and has come up with a fix. An updated version of the Qlik Sense Desktop 3.0 download file will be uploaded to the downloads page by the end of the day (June 30 2016). To access the downloads, navigate to Qlik.com, then go to the ‘Services’ menu and click ‘Customer Downloads’.
