Licence did not activate after 24 hours

Hi, 

client bought a new licence and it did not activate after a 24 hours. 

It is a licence with signed licence key. Could someone check?

Client is called Eos Matrix from Croatia.

Please raise a support case with customer support so that they can take a look.
Be sure to include the affected license number
