New Release Installtion

Do new releases need to be installed sequentially?  I have not installed the last two.  Will the February release bring me fully up-to-date?  Or, do I need to install the previous ones first?

You do not need to install the previous releases before going to the latest February 2019.

You do not need to install the previous releases before going to the latest February 2019.
