Problems exporting to Excel

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if you'll be able to help me.

Recently I've installed the latest version of QlikSense.

Below is the tab that opens but nothing happens after that.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated

If not, let me know:

• your browser and browser version
• plugins installed
• extensions installed
• operative system and operative system version
• antivirus installed

Easier might be to just try another browser.

Hi Andre,

I tried several browsers but I still get the same message. Any other ideas other than going back to the previous version of QlikSense when I was able to export to Excel?
