Publishing permissions only for Root admin

Hi,

Hope some one can answer this.

I have clustered dev and prod instance.

From my work folder , if I right click on any of my app, I don't see "Publish" option, however if I make myself as "Root Admin", I see the publish option.

I verified all the security rules and I don't see what is preventing to see the publish option if I remove myself as Root admin.

If some one know how to fix this, please let me know.

It is hard to  identify the root of your problem by reading your description, but I give it a shot.

Some security rules are only applied on the QMC or in the HUB, meaning they will give you access in only that location. This might be the issue in your case if you are able to publish an app from the QMC and not from the HUB.
