QMC - QMC resources are no longer avaiable after upgrading Qlik Sense Enterprise

Hi all, we upgraded our Qlik Sense Enterprise to February 2024 (from april 2019). We noticed that this QMC resources are not avaiable anymore.

we noticed that they were not available even in previous releases as August 2023, November 2023 etc. that 

we installed between 2019 version and 2024 version. Also we upgraded the PostgreSQL version to 14.8.

How could we fix this?

Are you logged in as root admin?

Agree - under QMC\Users click on the userID you are logged in as and check the roles you are assigned.

You can use below article to view the users role and can update the root admin role.
