QS May '23-Rim Node Not Participating

Hello Folks,

I have a multi-node system, with one central and one rim node.  For whatever reason, the Rim node never seems to participate when I start a task from the QMC.

I do remember on the old system (this is a DR restore project), I had created a rule to send reloads to Rim Nodes, but that rule has been lost.

Current documentation seems to say to use the Worker/Manager values on the Schedulers.

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Qlik-Sense-Enterprise-Move-reloads-to-RIM-no...

But then my task goes nowhere.

I've restarted the services on both boxes, and I have the standard rules that come with a stock QlikSense installation.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I was having this problem because ports 5151(?) if I remember correctly was not opened in my firewall rules.  Once I set that, I was good to go.

Please try to change type for central node as both.

Secondly, please check Load balancing rules how that is distributed from "Configuration system" and do audit.
