Qlik Data Transfer Blank Page Issue- Unable to unlock the ReloadService

Hi Experts,

When I am installing the Qlik data transfer tool, I am getting the blank page issue. I tried the troubleshooting method mentioned in the below links. None of it helps me. Please help me to get through this.

Note: QlikDataTransfer and Qlik Sense enterprise are in the same server.
