Hi,

You can find all data connections under respected spaces.

For example: if you want to look for all data connection for shared space then go to Explore > select your space > click on the gear icon on the top right corner > select the Data

Hi,

When you create your data connection you get the option of where, or more to the point, which SPACE you want the data connection to live.

Frustratingly, once the connection has been created, you don't have an option to "move" or manage the connection, unless I'm missing something?

Hi Akki,

I'm a new Tenant Admin on Qlik SaaS, so please forgive me if I'm missing the obvious.  In the Management Console, I can see a list of shared spaces, but I don't see any way to get to the data connections (there is no gear icon).  Also, how would a user copy or move connections from personal spaces for reuse by others?

Thanks

Steve.

Hi Akki,

I eventually found what you were referring to, under my user profile settings, but that still doesn't really help.

Is it possible to make a connection available to another user, for them to create apps without creating another version of the same connection?  If not, is it at least possible to copy an existing connection from (or to) another user?

Thanks

Steve.
