Qlik Sense Business - lost timestamp when save data to excel

Good morning. 

I have an app in QSB that logs timestamped events. A user has just logged that the timestamp portion is not correct when sending the data to excel. Looking at past downloads the timestamp was there in the past. Testing for myself I do get the same results. I also download the qvf to my desktop and opened with Desktop (November 2020 Patch 1) and receive a different result. 

In qvf App: The timestamp is correct.

Exported to excel:  Note timestamp is 00:00:00:

QSD sent to excel: Note the timestamp is the the cell and I can get it to display with a cell custom format. Row 3 onwards has not had the cell format changed.

Has anyone experienced this issue? I would appreciate any ideas on where the issue lies and what I can look at to resolve it.
