Qlik Sense Hub/QMC not opening after successful fresh installation.

Dear Qlik Team,

Fresh installation has been completed succesfully but Qlik Management Console is not opening with the error below.

Can't reach this page.

Changed the URL to refer ip address and localhost:443 but no luck.

No firewall and proxy settings enabled.

Please find the attached logfiles from Repository and proxy.

Kindly do needful.

Hi @sudheersakamuri ,

Were you able to resolve your issue after excluding Qlik folders from your Anti Virus scans ?

Hi @Rohan ,

Network team saying that no anti virus is enabled for this server.

It looks like the issue is with the selfsigned root certificates. I can't find the root certificates through MMC and no Exported Certificates folders.

I tried to recreate the certificates but the no luck(certificates are genarating).

I am attaching full log files. Kindly check if I am missing something.

Dear @Rohan ,

My repository logs showing below error.

 "The process does not possess the 'SeSecurityPrivilege' privilege which is required for this operation".

This means that the current security settings on your Windows server does not allow to create the certificates.

so I followed, option 2 in th elink below but no luck.

I tried to follow option 1 but "Add User or Group" is grayed out.
