We are using Qlik Sense 11/2018 Release. I am a Qlik Adminsitrator so I had the role of Content Admin and Root Admin assigned to me so I was able to see all the Streams and everyones work space in my Hub. Now I am testing something out as a user My self not admin. SO I removed the content admin and Root Admin role from my user profile in QMC but I can still see everything in the HUB.
How I am able to see everything if I am just a user now.

Have you made any other chages to the security rules?
The suggestion would be to use the Audit feature to verify what privileges your user has.
