It is never a good ideal to install multiple other services where the Qlik Sense Enterprise server is installed. QS comes with postgres and expects all server resources to be available. You can mess with High and Low memory working set, but this will still not be an officially supported setup. As far as conflicts goes, you would need to worry about the ports used by each service. Note: MS SQL uses more resources then postgres, usually.  If there is no QS installed, and just postgres and MS SQL, they will potentially fight for resources without accounting for each other's need, which could lead to latency in DB queries from the QS server, which need to be under 4ms.
