Qlik Sense "Error when committing"

We encountered a problem when the repository service on the central node consumed 90% of the processor resources and, as a result, the system slowed down and hung. This situation is repeated several times, and we found these 2 lines in the logs. These lines appeared right before the problem occurred.

What can we do to prevent this issue? We use Qlik Sense Feb 2022 SP 13

We followed instructions from there https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Qlik-Sense-Repository-Service-suddenly-using...
Also we created PS script(to reduce objects count) that delete unused user sheets(before delete it send e-mail to user), delete all stories and snapshots(because we don't use them).

Do we know where that original article was posted that you followed. It seems to be archived? We have a similar issue with ityp: Repository.Domain.Model.License
