Qlik on new Google GCE Windows Server 2012

Hello All,

I am new to windows server and Qlik sense. i ahve been able to access the hub as anonymous user, but when i try to press log in, the page times out and can not be found.

Question, How do i access my hub outside of my server and what roles and configurations do i need to have enabled to access on a browser on any machine.
