Qliksense Node issues

Hi All,

We have clustered environment for QS, here issue is that we have central node updated with latest data but supporting nodes are showing the latest data.

Action performed so far:

1) tried to refresh manually- no luck

2) restarted the services and refreshed - no luck.

Also, we have a AD ID for Central node service ID and other nodes have local host, is it ok?

Recently we have brought down permanently one node out of 4(supporting nodes), any issues?

What all think should we look for now to fix it?

Thanks

Manish Madan

What was the purpose of the node which is down?

Also check another node's services running or not.

Also have you added any sync rule for other nodes?

Yes, we have a sync rules. attached for your reference.

I could see Disbaled "Yes" for non central nodes, do you think this could be issues?

Yes. Sync rule is needed to sync production data with other nodes.

Try enable it and then check.

Syncing might take some time depending on the size of the data.
