Qliksense desktop and ipad showing IIS page when access Qliksense authentication link and also not promting for user id and password

Dear Qlik experts,

our ipad users wanted to access apps on ipad, so we have generated Qlik authentication link from qmc and provided to them but when they try to access they are getting IIS page like below attachment, we also tried from Qliksense desktop older version still the same issue.

note: we dont have ssl certificate in place, hope this might not be one of the issue.
