Qliksense for Windows 2018 - Which version to choose for upgrade

We are still using Qlik sense for windows 2018 and planning for an upgrade. (Current version 12.5.2 ). Which would be the suitable version for a Direct upgrade .. The plan is to move to a supported (latest) version step by step. Please help.
