Qliksense hw starvation - Qlik Community

Hi,

In our company we are using qliksense September 2020 and we are facing some strange issue on a new installed slave cluster node (rim)

we are facing this warning:

Unexpected termination (0) for process 0
Facility = Mobility Registrar Service
ExePath = Node\node.exe
Script = ..\MobilityRegistrarService\src\index.js

and

Unexpected termination (0) for process 0
Facility = Notifier Service
ExePath = Node\node.exe
Script = ..\NotifierService\src\index.js

under the log folders we have ~1.015.000 log files for each of the two services above and with this error.log:

Qliksense works fine, but arfter a couple of months the machine is not longer reacheable and we have to force a reboot to come back to a normal state.

We don't know if this can be the cause, but they are high in the suspects list.

@Mazzoni_at_Widiba also keep in mind that Sept 2020 is pretty old and hasn't been supported by Qlik for 2 years now, so also look at upgrading to the most recent version...there are some critical security vulnerabilities are you are currently vulnerable to...

Current version is Feb 2024, there have been a log of defects resolved and improvements made, so do that first as it could resolve your issue as well. In case it doesn't Qlik Support will need you on a supported version if a case needs to be opened.
