Reload button Access Denied Qlik sense business cloud

Hi,

I have a button on my app and assigned a reload action to it. When i login as admin and click the button, the reload works. But when my other users click on it, it says "access denied".  How do I give them access. I am on a Qlik Sense business cloud solution subscription.

Perhaps the user does not have the correct permissions in the space.
