Hi all -
We setup the Active Directory in Sense as similar as we did in all our QlikView servers. No filters and a complete pull of Active Directory.
When I try to check the AD group information through ‘Users’ tab in QMC, I couldn’t get the AD groups information. Also I’ve no option to check the groups anywhere else.
The user information is all good and able to retrieve all users from AD; The issue exists only when trying to retrieve the AD groups.
Could you please check this and advise where we can et the AD groups in sense?

can you screenshot your UDC information here? If you have the checkbox for sync user on first login then that would be why no information got pulled over. I recommend unchecking that box and re-running a sync.

there is no problem for me to pull all users but my issue is that the AD groups are not being pulled into sense
I do sync by unchecking the existing user check box only
where should we check for AD groups in sense any idea? Is it in 'users' tab?
