Session Timeout - Connection Lost

a collegue of me gets the following message every 10 to 15min.

can i check details in the Logs?

because i already checked the operations Monitor, nothing there.

Well if you are LB two different proxies and sticky sessions is not enable, then it expected you see that error. Ask you IT if sticky session is enable, way to test also is to check is bypassing the network load balancer.

nope.

he tried with the citrix client as well.

 

his collegue, sitting next to him, has no problems at all.

So your a for sure that there is not network devices in between the client and the server?

i have learned today that we have network load balancing between those 2 servers. my guess would be that we should turn off the load balancing and use only the qlik load balancing?

we disabled the LB and now we are only using the LB from Qlik using the qlik rules.

it seems to work now.
