Stream Security Based on App Access

I had seen a thread sometime back and Iam not able to find it again. Basically this thread was showing that if an user had access to the application then they had access to the stream that contained the application. Does anyone know anyting about this orcould respond with a link I would greatly appreacite it.

I guess Qlik Sense Stream Management Security Rules and Exception Management this video can help you better with Stream and app access.
