Is there a way to check and confirm if the data connection created for Office 365 SharePoint from Enterprise Qlik Sense uses TLS 1.2 or other version ?

Hi, 
Please refer to the Microsoft documentation to get an idea about their default TLS settings. Maybe you can try to analyze the network traffic using tools like Wireshark to review the TLS version used in a handshake between your Qlik Sense server and the Office 365 SharePoint server.
