Task manager detected. Can't install or upgrade Qlik Sense

When upgrade or isntall Qlik Sense Server faced with strange problem.

main question. Since when running Task Manager began to interfere instalation process ?

up the topic. Issue skill w/o answer.

New setup qlik sense 3.2.3 request close task manager, process explorer, mmc. Why?!!!!

I was experiencing the same issue and I found that Task Manager (and the MMC) were running both as an App and a Background processes:

Ending each instance did the trick...

i think this is not Qlik question. Open details tab and found there task manager process. Maybe it's process of another user.
